Hi everybody. After a long trip we are, finally, in Italy!!!! The weather is so so so nice. Summer around! At the airport we meet our Tour Director, Silvana, and our driver, Gianni. We have to transfer from Milan, where we landed, to Florence. The trip is a little bit long, but nice. The view around is great. Driving along the Appenini chain mountain we enjoy a spectacular sunset. Silvana tells us that it is in this area where Giotto - the famous italian painter - lived his childhood. Finally we arrive in Florence. Once arrived in Florence we walk to the restaurant where we have our first italian meal. Pasta... yummy! After dinner back on the bus. Time to go to bed: tomorrow it will be a long day. Sweet dreams! :-)
