As you can see from the photos, everybody is in good shape after the journey and enjoyed their first day in Paris. Christelle met everybody at the airport and after dropping off their things at the hotel, they headed in to the centre of Paris and spend time on the Ile de la Cite, visiting Notre Dame and looking around the shops and getting a snack in the Latin Quarter on the Left Bank. In the afternoon they went to the Louvre Museum to check out some of the masterpieces. We all met up at the end of the afternoon and took the metro up to the top of the Champs-Elysees, by the Arc de Triomphe, where we had our dinner in a little restaurant. We're now back at the hotel, getting some rest before more serious sightseeing tomorrow!
