Buongiorno a Tutti! Francesco welcomed the group arriving this morning in Rome,from Montreal,and spent the all day with them. First they dropped the luggage off at the hotel and then got to the heart of Rome.People were tired,but also very excited about being here.They walked everywhere.....on this beautiful sunny day. From Piazza di Spagna,to the Trevi Fountain,the Pantheon,Piazza Navona,Piazza Venezia....and even walked to the top of the Altare della Patria,where the view was outstanding.Some free time to relax and wander around.... And Finally time for dinner...even better...time to get back to the hotel,check-in, take a well deserved shower and an even more deserved sleep.I met the group at the hotel,and they were so ready to go to sleep!Francesco was great to them and made them walk many places:infact this is the best way to visit Rome.... ciao elena
