Buenos dias a todo el mundo. Yes, it is true, we are in Madrid! Despite the Jet-leg we are able to see a lot during this first day. At the airport we meet Silvana, our Tour Director and then we go to the hotel. After a quick shower we have our first walk in this beautiful city. Plaza de España, la Gran Via, La Puerta del Sol and finally the magnificent Plaza Mayor. Dinner time arrives very quickly. Luckly our restaurant is right behind the Plaza Mayor. After dinner we have time for a walk by ourselves in the nice streets of the historical center of Madrid. A lot of people are around, the Spanish 'movida', this is how locals calls the night stroll. It is so exciting to be part of it! Well, let's try not o be too excited and let's go to bed; tomorrow we will have a long day. Buenas noches, queridos.
